1) Never share your password with your friends : We always ask our friend to login and see how much scrap we got but we should not do this we should do self service.

2) Never login after you get some some fake pages to login : We should login when we click on some link that is given by our friends or anyone else after this you may see you got you are logout and ask to login again . If this the case we should see the url at the address bar.The address should start from https: xyz.com .Https are secured sites. Orkut gmail and many other uses this technology.We should see that the link is authenticated or not.It should start from like oorkut.xyz.com this are fake pages. Be safe form this fake pages.

3) Never use any javascripts,Never click on them: We may see that if we click on some javascripts we will get some funny tricks.Dont click on this.Don’t use anonymous Java scripts what ever they claim to do. Many people have been fallen in this trick. Attacker force’s user to believe on the script and when user run the script from the other side the cookie will be transferred to desired location and attacker can use it to gain access to victim’s account and use it to change the password.

4) Use long characters password : We should use long password contain alphabets and numbers.The password should be atleast 10-12 characters long.Do you that to hack 12 characters password its takes 560 years.Amazing lets use 12 characters long password.

5) Always logout from your account after use : Whenever we use our account we forgot to logout.We should logout.This helps us when we might be in a shared computer or in a cyber cafe.The next person might get login through your account.Be safe and logout always.

6) Use updated and latest browsers : I prefer Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox.This will ask you if you want to run any script this will save you from automatic running of script so that attackers dont get the cookies.Verify the scripts.
